What are the prerequisites for web designing?
The client has to provide the full details about the company such as services, products and necessary details hat need to be put in the website. Also all the photographs such as product, company environment should be given by the client.
What's the way of working for web designing?
Once we receive all the contents and photos from you, we provide 2 different CUSTOMIZED designs for you (this is applicable to all the packages). You have the choice to select any of these designs or chose between the parts of both the designs. If you do not like both the designs we continue with a new design concept to suit to you.
Does Delsyst charge any maintenance cost?
We do take care of website maintenance at the request of the client.

What is Virtual Web Hosting?
Virtual Web Hosting allows us to us to host multiple domains on one server. This cuts down on overhead which allows us to host your web pages for a low cost. Does Web Servers Unlimited design web pages?
We do. If you don't know anyone to design your web pages, go to the Design Page for a list of our packages. We also design at competitive price with quality work.
Can I change from one plan to another?
No problem. Just contact hosting@delsyst.com and let us know you would like to change from one plan to another, and we'll upgrade you as per ur request.
How do I transfer files to my web site?
Files must be transferred to the web server via File Transport Protocol (FTP). You can download FTP software, such as Windows COmmander32, Cute FTP etc from internet.
Will I have unlimited access to update my pages?
Except for scheduled maintenance times or technical problems beyond our control (such as phone or power outages), you have unlimited access via FTP 24-hours a day. As such, you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and upload files to your web site at your leisure.
Can I use my account for commercial purposes?
Yes, you can use your account for commercial purposes. The World Wide Web has become a most efficient and cost-effective means of making information available to the users of the Internet community.
Do you offer technical support to customers?
Yes. We encourage our customers to submit support requisition through Tech Support page or send e-mail to support@delsyst.com with questions or concerns. We are relatively quick to respond to you.
How long does it take to set up a new account?
Account set up takes 24 to 48 hours. Once an account is set up, an activation notice will be sent you via e-mail including a user id, password, your password to the Members Page and FTP host name. You can begin uploading files to your new web site immediately.
Can I transfer an existing domain to Delsyst's account?
Yes. Our system administrator will be happy to submit the forms for you, or you will need to have Internic point the domain to our Name Servers which are listed below.

How long does it take before my domain name is active?
The domain name will be registered immediately we get the details and to see the results in WHOIS report it takes 24-48 hrs.
